SOIRÉE & RAMADAN COLLECTIONS

All purchases from the Soirée and Ramadan Collections are final sale.

Please check and try the item while the courier is present. Once the order is accepted and the courier leaves, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.

OTHER COLLECTIONS

Items from other collections may be exchanged within 5 days of receiving the order, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Exchanges are available only at our Heliopolis showroom and are subject to product availability.

SHIPPING FEES

For orders delivered outside Cairo or to Madinaty, the shipping fees must be transferred in advance before the order can be confirmed.

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

جميع مشتريات مجموعة السواريه ومجموعة رمضان نهائية.

يرجى معاينة وتجربة المنتج أثناء وجود مندوب الشحن. بعد استلام الطلب ومغادرة المندوب، لا يمكن الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع أو رد المبلغ.

باقي المجموعات

يمكن استبدال المنتجات من باقي المجموعات خلال 5 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن تكون غير مستخدمة، وغير مغسولة، وبحالتهـا الأصلية مع جميع التيكتات.

يتم الاستبدال فقط من خلال معرض مصر الجديدة – هليوبوليس، ويخضع لتوافر المنتج المطلوب.

مصاريف الشحن

بالنسبة للطلبات خارج القاهرة أو إلى مدينتي، يجب تحويل مصاريف الشحن مقدمًا قبل تأكيد الطلب.

مصاريف الشحن والتوصيل غير قابلة للاسترداد.
